3D galloping horse on Alpha Channel

After being reminded three times and sent jpegs as examples, he still got the format, lighting and duration wrong. He had sent a link to quite a sophistcated 3-d animation as an example of his work, but he had trouble putting a mane on horse. So I think his role in the animation must have been very limited. Also I'm starting to think the horse may have been off the peg , as he couldn't animate it stopping.. I didn't pay all that much. But I should have choosen someone else.

There is no problem with this guy, He has provided me three samples but I am not satisfied with it....There is no harm in hiring this guy , He is a hard worker ...But I need more creative image also My budget is low so..my bad to expect something good in low budget , anyways nice guy please hire him Thanks :)
