I am a M.Sc. B.Sc. in analytical chemistry and have been using VB.NET for many years now.

I have been creating VB applications since VB5, and now of course in .NET, for resolving simple, but also more complex analytical issues/problems. I have a vast growing knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQLite, Access) and how to interface them with .NET. Reads Xcalibur (Thermo Scientific) .RAW and HP ChemStation (Hewlett Packard/Agilent) DATA.MS mass spectrometry and chromatography files and qualifies them using a custom-made library search. Output is a .PDF Image report showing the chromatogram with the found components names. Apart from many useful features, NIST search is implemented. Bilingual application (English/Dutch). License key required.

XQ Xcalibur Qualifier/Rebuild

Converts .REP and .TXT MassLynx (Waters Corporation) output files to .CSV files for fast database entry (oracle).

REP Converter

Reads ImageQuant TL (GE HealthCare Life Sciences) output .PDF files and .JPG images and combines them to one Excel output report.
