I have a bachelor's degree in Social Work and worked as a counselor for over 5 years, mainly in a mental health facility. I addition to this, I have also held customer service positions in clothing stores, call centers and also did e-mail and live chat customer service. Most recently I held a job as a bartender while also doing freelance work. My freelance experience includes writing, editing, proofreading, translation from French to English and transcriptions of audio and video files. I am also fluently bilingual and have an expert level in both English and French.
