Convert uc_donation_incentives module from to Drupal 7

I am very happy with the work with togbonna. After awarding the project he promptly started work and delivered quality results. When I did discover some functionality issues he promptly addressed them. The project did take longer then the initial estimate, however this was due to one of the modules being more complex. Overall I am completely satasified with the end result.
