I have attached a file that shows exactly what I provide for each website I need.I want each site to have some sort of simple flash animation or "movement"---it doesn"t have to be anything crazy, just a little something in the banner area.I can make these sites in a product called Website Tonight thru GoDaddy.com, but it takes me several hours and I need to spend my time on the phone generating sales.I pay $75 per website. I don"t care if you cookie cutter this process and have 5 templates that are used and rotated for all my clients...I really don"t care what you do to make your job easy and profitable, as long as my clients are happy with their sites---I typically make my clients website for them BEFORE they have paid me, I do this to push interested people over the edge---so these websites do need to be nice, or I will have paid you $75 and not closed the deal.Again, if you have 5 or so really nice looking templates that can easily ad custom pictures/logos for each client and change the content easily, then this will be a great fit.I also want you to handle any changes to my clients website after you have made it. I expect them to have 1-2 rounds of changes after you initially make their site. After that, I expect changes to be very infrequent. The types of clients that I focus on have very simple, basic types of brochure websites---there is no e-commerce, there is no uploading products constantly, so I need you to handle these infrequent updates included in the $75 I pay to create the site. If I have a client that excessively requests changes, then I will drop them as client. I pay via PayPal. Remember, I am paying you $75 for each website you make, even though I may not actually close the deal for my client, so these sites need to be nice, but easy for you to make. . In the beginning, I may only be requiring 1-2 websites made per day as I need to build my sales pipeline. But I expect to quickly get up to 3 websites and more per day.In the beginning, I will pay you for your work after you made their website and after I close the deal. So for example, lets say I ask you to make 3 websites for me. You make them, and I present these websites to each of my 3 potential clients.
