Deciding to work full time at what was previously a hobby I opened my own business manufacturing chocolate molds and making chocolates. I opened a shop in Cape Town, South Africa and successfully ran my business there. I did all of the administrative work myself, as well as supervising both the ongoing work of hand made chocolates and the designing and making of the chocolate molds. These I supplied to the general public as well as to both corporate and government on an ongoing basis.
