These are the Perkins M2 sportscar prototypes. The red one was one of the first composite monocoque chassis roadcars ever made. The vehicles used a Ford SHO drivetrain and were approved by Ford Motor Company for usage of the Ford SHO drivetrain.

Mid-engine Sportscar Prototypes

I performed all of the design and engineering for the composite chassis for this Golf Cart concept.

Composite Golf Cart Chassis

This is a fiberglass composite mountain bike that I designed, engineered and prototyped for a client out of Asia. It utilized cantilevered composite springs for its suspension and the complete bike weighed around 15 pounds.

Compositruss Mountain Bike

I designed and engineered this composite battery tray for the CHrysler EPIC electric minivan. It held 1800 pounds of Nickel Metal Hydride batteries and passed all crash tests with flying colors.

Electric Vehicle Battery Tray

This is the concept illustration of the prototype vehicle I designed, engineered and prototyped for a customer. The vehicle was featured on television and in several automotive magazines.
