Search and repair IE 6+7 display Bug

Badalmittal was a major disappointment. After he assured me that this project will take him only 3 hours to accomplish, I gave him the job. He then encountered the real difficulty in the project and he started begging for more and more time saying "I got my top developer on the job". I let him have his extra time that summed up to 6 days. In one point he even said the job was done but when i checked... NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED! To top it all off... He avoids me for the past 3 days!
