180062 Modify Existing Project

Posted this project on 11/16/2008. The programmer sent me the 'finished project' and asked how he was to be paid ($200). Fortunately, I double-checked the project and it didn't work. The last time I heard from the programmer was in December. Finally, I received my project successfully (from another ScriptLance programmer) in February.
