writer, editor, MS Office geek, eBook publisher

I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have been responsible for the creation and maintenance of a wide variety of documentation. This includes documents such as design documentation, end user help files, training materials, and reports as well as two non-fiction books. Most of my career was in Information Technology, and I have also worked as an adult educator and have degrees in science (genetics and psychology) and arts (psychology). Born and raised in Canada, I speak and write fluently in English ...I can order a coffee in French, but not much more! *Please do not ask me to participate in unethical practices of any kind: I will not do your homework for you, transcribe copyrighted materials, or steal intellectual property from others on your behalf.*

Both books are published electronically and in print: for more details see applejackcreek.com/books.

The Rookie's Field Guide to Supported Spinning

Apple Jack Creek Books
Not an exhaustive history of spinning (supported or otherwise), nor a description of The One Right Way to Spin Supported, and entirely without any attempt to define The Best Kind of Spindle, the Field Guide is an overview of the ancient art of supported spinning which is enjoying a surge in popularity among spinners of all ages. The Field Guide includes instructions for making your own supported spindles from inexpensive and easily obtained materials, and provides guidelines for scavenging your cupboards
