I have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have been responsible for the creation and maintenance of a wide variety of documentation. This includes documents such as design documentation, end user help files, training materials, and reports as well as two non-fiction books. Most of my career was in Information Technology, and I have also worked as an adult educator and have degrees in science (genetics and psychology) and arts (psychology).
