it has to have specific property types and ability to search from all types or by individual type, as well as then by price and some features. if you are going to use a template it really needs to be commercial real estate if they have one. i like your reviews, i like your communication and you have testimonials. i am paying more than most are or have and wanted to have a better experience than my last site for $250 which was an ecommerce site. That one works but its just not the total package i wanted. most of it, just not all. for this site, its my job, and how i make money so it has to be great to look at and easy to navigate..

i am torn between 2 ppl now and i have questions as to how content will get on my site, like latest RE news, how or if youre able to search for other commercial properties on sites i subscribe to like Loopnet.com or FGCAR.org or Mlxchange.com i want to also know the back of the site is easy for me to update. sort of like an ecommerce site but without the ability to pay at checkout; more of a properties i like checkout (to then print or produce one PDF). can you do this?
as for the Unreal Estate site, its very residential related. i am a commercial realtor. i dont deal with or sell or lease houses, just commercial real estate: i need to know you understand this as it has to be easy to use, easy to update, i have to be able to upload pdfs, pictures, information...- 10 years ago
