Contest Brief
Write down a fully documented proposal (no technical instructions) on what software would you use to create a Dropbox-Like Cloud Server (on a hosted VPS that could be running CentOS 7, Debian 9 or Ubuntu 17.10) ready to be used for File syncing, File Backup server, per user space allocation, file sharing, everything with user rights . Describe how long it will take you and what will be the setup cost (only fixed cost or fixed hours plan acceptable) for everything noted.
Cloud Server Software must have an administrative GUI for both the OS and the Dropbox-Like Server.
All security Measures including Antivirus Solution (Clam-AV), firewall and whatever it takes to secure the server must be noted.
The Dropbox-Like Cloud Server must have an Android client for syncing.
Server Software must be Free - open Licence type
The document can be in a protected file.
Awarded freelancer will also be assigned the implementation of the final project.
