Email Template Design in HTML - JPG for Entries

We are looking for a redesign of our customer email templates.

Note: These are NOT newsletters, these are email templates for responses to customer with quote information.

The WINNING entry will need to provide the HTML, and images etc...
ENTRIES only require the design layout image

FONTS:
Our Company Fonts we use are "Open Sans" for General Text & Oswald for Heading type.

COLOURS: Please see "url" attachment

I have attached the "sample" text to use in the template.

The actual templates will be sent via Vtiger CRM - in response to customer enquiries.

Please ensure the template is very responsive, and is also suitable for print, inclusion of relevant stock images is encouraged.

Winning Freelancer will also be offered the option to create several more templates (approx 10) as well as follow the same style for pdfs etc...

How can you send jpgs to your clients? I think you need html templates right?

  Correct, it will need to be a html template, however your entry on freelancer will be an image file

Reminder: This email Template is NOT a Newsletter and will NOT have the ability to "view online". Each email sent to the customer is customer for that specific customer only. Having a "text only" button would be good though.

Yeah sorry yes they templates need to be HTML, but obviously to submit the entry just the jpg of your html design
