Hi

We have created a new company called “Fairgreen Development Limited” which requires a new logo.

About

The company is a property firm, which buys buildings and land looking to re-develop and add value to these premises. It also rents & sells buildings. It will solely operate in the building space, this includes building construction.

While initially based and operating in the UK the company will look to expand internationally.

All work is done in both the commercial and residential space

Logo Usage

The logo will become the gateway to the company and will be used in the following:

· Website

· Business Cards

· Letter heads

· Presentation template

· Printed and placed on bill boards staged on a building

· Printed (Very large) and placed on placards advertising the building

General

The logo requires to be very simple and created to a very high resolution – when being printed for building sites it will be as a minimum printed in A3 so the image can not afford to loose quality as it expands.

Keen to keep the logo simple and reflect the nature of the business

Apart from that…….its over to you to be as creative as you want
