Contest Brief

I need a simple app interface designed urgently - in less than 24 hours - so this a quick way for you to earn cash. I work for a small TV station and we will be attending an expo for small business owners very soon. We want to design a simple quiz app (with only 5 questions) that helps participants to find out the advertising package that best suits their business.

Please see attached: (1) the quiz information so you see the types of questions and responses (2) the company logo attached in two versions - you can use the one that best suits your design. What I need designed are: cover page, mock-up for the two types of question pages (that is, question with text responses and question with picture responses) and mock-up for a response page as well.

Are you CREATIVE enough? Can you do it QUICKLY in the short time given? The only reason why 7 days is listed here is because the system asks you to list as low as 7 days but we will be awarding the prize as soon as a great design comes in as we have NO time.
