Contest Brief

I am looking for a fresh WordPress design of my existing website ethical-hacking.us. I know what I want and can do it but I don't have the time or the creative eye. I'm looking for someone to do this pronto. This is a sales site for training courses. 7 different courses with a Woocommerce page. I'm looking for a really dynamic animation for the home page. All the courses should be on the home page with links to information about each course. I can supply PDFs with all of the content like https://ethical-hacking.us/?page_id=47 but rather than a PDF I want an HTML page with he same content and a downloadable PDF for each course. I will probably need to hire a graphic artist to create the home page action. What I visualize is diffferent (protocol) hackers; HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, SMB, ftp, ssh, RDP, SMTP ,etc circling a network defender. I imagine the protocol hackers as hooded and the defender as clean cut, confident, in control. Like I said probably need a animation/graphic artist to do this. I can discuss over the next 6-7 hours if you are interested.
