Graphic design for a hoodie / t-shirt for team event

Contest Brief

We need a graphic design for a hoodie / t-shirt print for my team at work. Attached is a concept drawing that you will need to materialize into actual design image that can be printed on a t-shirt / hoodie. We want the letters "ONE FINTECH" on the image to be written in Star Wars font and the entire design to have "Star Wars" feel with emphasis on "one team / one victory" spirit. In addition to main image for the front of the shirt we also need a separate image for 'FINTECH' text in the same Star Wars font for printing on the sleeves. (You can probably just re-use the text from the main image). Let's stick to grayscale or even single color (black, white and lime green: three versions overall) for the entire design to simplify the t-shirt print.

Clarification: at the very top of the design is a Belo symbol (looks like an upside-down heart):

We need to draw it in the same "Star Wars" theme style. Attached is an example drawing by me (although I think the version on the main drawing has a better shape) and an example image (of Quake 2 symbol) that is a good example of the style we're looking for.
