I need our logo redone. We currently have one that is OK, but I am looking for a creative person to improve upon it.

Contest Brief

We will not be changing the basic elements of the design, but would like it to look more put together than it does now.
The yellow and black BG logo part cannot be changed in any way, this is our agreement with the company that owns that logo - I need to add just "Nebraska" in addition to the yellow and black oval - putting them together in a new logo. I will then need the same thing with just "Minnesota". I no longer want "Nebraska" and "Minnesota" in the same logo.
