Hello, I've made the requested changes for the robots. I tried to make it less threatening, and reduced the width to around 16-18 px. I also made a version in the colours of #1, since you like that one as well. I look forward to your feedback.

Great, both look very nice. I mean #1 and #3. I would chose #3 if you can add a bit of shades here and there. Right now, the chasis is all white. Make it a bit shaded, like #1 is on blue. But, you can leave that aside for now, not that important, I really like the robotic character, hope the walking animation will be nice too.
Next, I would like to see some tiles for the ship, just look at the brief V3 when in doubt. :)
