Contest Brief
I need a simple piece of clipart looking like a stamp with the text "No Database Needed". Preferably somewhat official looking.
Examples of graphics with similar style:

http://openclipart.org/detail/668/red-approved-stamp-by-molumen (like the texture)
The resulting file should be a resizable svg image.
