I like these icons, but prefer to use some color internally so the driver can more easily realize the modes. Compass rose should point north and have a red indicator pointing north as it rotates) - Drive mode suggestion to make these Green and Red. Speak button should show some type of speakgin of information - otherwise it looks like a volume sort of icon
