Contest Brief

I need a redesign of a newsletter for apartment communities. It needs to be on legal size 8.5 inches by 14 inches (legal size). This will be printed on card stock. I need all the information about the community office staff, phone numbers etc on the front. The information on the front changes per community and will be on all newsletters. We use same template for 60 apartment communities. The information on the front changes per community. Im wanting something more modern and upscale. You can use same info on back using nicer images./ fonts. Again this will lead into 12 more designs.
