Contest Brief

I have all the text and basic layout, I just want someone to make a nice certificate for my business to give to one of our retail stores to train staff and giving them a 50% discount. need a bit of creativity. There are 4 drawing examples of curtains on the certificate.

some of the measurements i want a circle around them as you can see in the draft copy i did a terrible job at this.
