cgi script error may need to have perl module configured or installed

Fix CGI Script - Install Modules

Resubmitting the same solution because I included my contact details in the previous submission. Your modules are not installed. I can install the modules and will most likely need your ROOT password or SUDO access. Then I will SSH in and add them for everyone in the system. I'm not sure what to do with the "Add Files" since this is a Sys Admin function. So I'll just send you the solution that will most likely work. If you need more help with Perl, I use best practices and use modern Perl.
