Majestic Hill - Contemporary 2 Story Dream Home
My design orientation focuses on these main things: 1. Seaview [south - south east side] is the most effective view that can be experienced form the house, although the south side is also good but concerning the neighbor building heights that might distract and block some of the view I focusing more on the south and south east corner side for this matter. In the design you could see what im proposing ideas that we can do. 2. Building mass is divided into 2, so that in the middle we can put a courtyard that allows natural sunlight to come in to the house. The western side is focused for circulation such as stairs and hallways to connect between the main programs of the house. 3. Natural materials such as concrete, stones, woods mixed with beams and steel plates to support the glass material as the main point of the house to make the house feels open from interior to exterior. Revise point 1: I meant the "eastern side" might be limited view rather than the south - south eastern corner side.
