Contest Brief

We are a new brand within the staffing and recruitment industry focusing on proffesionals. The industry for freelancers and “gigs” within finance, HR (and other professional fields) positions is growing and we are aiming to create a fast paced competitor in Sweden. We have named the company Newr. Newr is short for new relations wich is what we are helping our consultants with in short.

We want the logo to be sharp and modern but last over time. We want to be modern and have skipped classic names in our field but we still need to look corporate so our customers will see that we are a serious brand that you can count on.

Since the r in newr stands for something (relations) we have played around with if it perhaps should stand out in some way, or absolutely not. We have also talked about how to incorporate relations in some cool way in the logo. Neither of these two has to be in the final edition but we wanted to give you some of our ideas, good or bad. We are also more comfortable with the name newr in small caps, but hey surprise us.
