Contest Brief

Hi, I'm after a logo for my barber shop.

Its called The Gentleman's Chair.

The style of my barber shop is going to be like a gentlemans club inside.
I have some logo ideas I like, but i find the font hard to read. I want something Modern, eye catching and black and gold. I think it will be on a black background will look best but im open to ideas.
I want the text, plus a nice unique logo.
