We need a 30-40 second 2D animation that is very simple and beautiful and stylish, video need to be with audio (speech and soft background sounds or music) as well, so the concept of video is the following - background speech - "Hello this is Bob, he is a student and had problems with saving money. He wanted to take his girlfriend on a date, but he was spending too much money on food, books and telephone communications, but he already solved that problem and bought himself and his girlfriend "STD card" so now he saves so much money that he has a lot of freedom in spending, Bob is smart, Be like Bob."

It's important for speeker to have good speech with no accent, I totally rely on your creativity and hope to see a lot of great art work, thank you.
