Contest Brief

I need a sheet of labels designed with my logo with the attached word template.
I have attached my logo and business card and a picture of the labels in use by another business.
I am happy to just have the logo and some background colour, no contact details.
NOTE: I need a sheet of the labels created as per the template so that all I have to do is print them!
