P.S. Dear all, LMS is a generic name/term that I can not use as brand to differentiate my product!! And stop please generate those generic logos from logo creation programs I have better than yours!!! Please only the designer that will create something original and unique let's them attend. Thanks.

We are developing a 'Distance(Remote) Learning Platform' that is the same time is a 'Learning Management System(LMS)'. With the following specs:
- The platform will be used for K12 Schools and Universities.
- The users that will use the system will be; students, parents, teachers, managers(of the entity, school or University).
- The application will be mainly used from Tablets, but it has full support to Web, Mobile Phone and Tablets for both iOS and Android.

We are thinking of the following brands, you can pick any one of them and we are open if you want to suggest any other brand name and concept;
- LiMeS: LEARNING intelligent MANAGEMENT e-SYSTEM
- LiMon: LEARNING intelligent MANAGEMENT onYSTEM
- mOOnKEY (Moon + Key + Monkey)
- Red Monkey
The deliverables we expect from you is the concept design of the Brand with a complete Corporate ID (in a document with vector files) including icons & Logo designs, colors, font, etc. Creating a character for the brand will be a plus for us.
