Contest Brief

I am seeking a modern, innovative fresh design for an awards brochure incorporating the company brand/image and logo. The brochure should be A4, double-sided and should incorporate a dotted line along which the 'nomination form' can be perforated.
The text of the document is attached along with our logo. Also attached is our brochure from 2013/2014 (I am not seeking a replica of this brochure, I am seeking something new and fresh).

The deadline is 3pm Sunday 12/04/2015 to facilitate printing.

I have attached the awards guide booklet from 2014 from which photos of winners can be taken and integrated into the new document. Also images of brochures I like the appearance of from the internet
