Fresh Logo and Business Card Design for cool educational gaming company:

COGNITION GAMING

The companies mission is the use gaming for good and leverage the power of video games (think extended periods of concentration, fun, mass acceptance and distribution etc) to provide better real world outcomes for the player.

With a strong focus on leveraging science and our latest understanding of the brain to ensure what gets developed is based on sound research.

Wanting to capture an the paradox of old school timeless feel (the mechanics of the brain structure have been the same for thousands of years) yet cool and modern (we hope to use latest findings, learning techniques and technologies which are fun).

Example: Rockstar Games do a good job with a Retro feel yet their games have employed leading edge tech and been an innovator in their field.

General Guidelines:

- Include a COG in the O of cOgnition gaming.
- The font to be like retro futuristic.
- The colour palate to be vintage but cool. I like the faded orange, blue, cream look in attached posters.
- The look is something timeless and classic but forward thinking and progressive

The attached StarTrek poster from the early 80s captures this juxtaposition well as its old school but the content and feel is trying to be futuristic when it was created decades ago.

These are the key ideas but equally something really creative, cool and interesting which spoke to our mission could also be chosen.

Deliverable : 1 logo and 1 business card template.
