Dear Freelancers!

We need to design a cool logo together. The logo is for an event that will take place on a regular basis mostly in Bavaria, Germany. The topic is to empower and support woman to reach higher management positions in Germany. The name of the event is "Frauen in der Wirtschaft" which means "women in business" in German. The clear mission of this event is to empower women in business.

We need a cool logo for main stream population. It should not look overly extravagant or fancy.
The colors should resemble those from the logo files of the German political party CSU: logo-csu.jpg or logo_csu_2.jpg
The logo must work as well with a white background and in black & white.
The logo consists of the words "Frauen in der Wirtschaft" and probably a meaningful additional sign that is smooth and somehow connected to this idea of womens' strengths.
Try to use the Golden Ratio (1 to 1.618) in the logo! especially in the text. I think we will go with two lines of text.
Maybe we can incorporate a cooler version of one of the two female symbols (see files) for the logo. (just an idea)

The logo should resemble values like strength, power, liberty, innovation, change, equality, democracy and emancipation.

I will give plenty of feedback so that you guys know, if you are going into the right direction.

@everybody! so far there have been a lot of good entries! go on guys! the contest is still entirely open! I want to see better logos and smoother text design. Try to incorporate the GOLDEN RATIO (1 to 1.618)
