• The objective of this specification is to design a logo for a property trading website.

2. REQUIREMENTS

• The phrase “HotProperty” must be within the logo

3. TARGET AUDIENCE

• Buyers and sellers of property (houses, units and apartments)

4. INDUSTRY

• Real-estate

5. GUIDANCE

• An image or shape that is easily recognizable to represent the business, must not be generic
• As a B2B business, trust and calm is really important in this industry
• Must look GREAT two colour in addition to a more embellished look
• Must make use of an icon, ideally relating to houses units and apartments (must be simple!)
