Contest Brief

Looking for a graphic designer to come up with a direct mailing design. The design will need to fit on a 5.5x8.5 inch paper and must draw inspiration/information from the attached "current marketing flyer for our business". The design will need to be front and back with some space constraints. Need the final design in Photoshop and Jpeg formats. The best design will get awarded $55.

Please concentrate on using the "industrial" image as provided on the flyer, free stock images can be used. Our primary target is industrial property owners.

We would like something similar to the attached "sample+new+home" image. Something clean and to the point. Feel free to come up with your own designs.
The flyer MUST feature:
Our logo
Our e-mail address section
Our phone number
CalBRE equal housing lender image

The design must feature:
Our logo (attached)
Cal BRE logo (attached)
