Contest Brief

I'm looking for a tri-fold brochure design for a customer. I've attached graphics and a layout sketch they provided. Please try to develop at least one version using the layout they've requested and then feel free to do one or more other samples using a layout of your choice. I know the logo they provided is low-resolution (and is attached to a header graphic from their website) but hopefully it'll be enough for sample layout purposes and I'll get a better version of it to the contest winner for the final layout.

NOTE (5/4/15): Additional file - lss_logo.zip - has been uploaded. This is a vector version of the logo (.ai.eps and .pdf)
