Contest Brief

I need a Logo for a German navy veteran’s club/comradship, non commercial use. It is for my father.

He and his comrades all served together on a “Schnellboot”, which is a small and fast military vessel.

The name of the Club is “Marine-Kameradschaft-S46-Fuchs”

S46 was the military number of the boat, “Fuchs” its name, which is “Fox” in English. It was active from 1973 until 2002.

They want to have a new logo, which is a combination of all the existing logos they have, just with a modern look. You will find attached the existing logos. Also you find attached a document with some combination they already tried, looks crappy, thats why we need you.

You have the freedom to leave out one or two old logos in the new one, if it looks crappy otherwise.

Explanation of the old Logos (maybe it helps you to understand, what they are looking for):
The banner on the top left is the one from the old squadron, the boat was part of in 1973. The banner on the top right is from the squadron, the boat was part of in 2012.
The eagle with the rocket represents, that it was the first vessel with rockets in Germany. This could definitely be “modernized”.
Boat with Fox explain itself, the Boat looked that way (German Schnellboot), Fox was the name. This one is ages old, please update this part.
The banner on the bottom is the one of the city “Traben-Trabach”, where the club is seated.

The new Logo could also have the form of a banner like the old ones or it could be round. Important is, that the text “Marine-Kameradschaft-S46-Fuchs” should be around framing it.

Would it be okay if I remake the art of the old logos? It's just that to give it a modern look these graphics are a bit dated. Thanks!
