Contest Brief

I'm looking for an experienced designer to create a business card design for the real estate field. This must be a working file (vector and PDF to be provided), the format must be acceptable to submit to a printing supplier.

Specifications:
- 2-Sided business cards (3.5" [W] x 2" [H])
- Horizontal design only

Format: PDF
Quality: 300 DPI - CMYK
The actual file size should be 3.75” x 2.25”. The final product would be 3.5” by 2” and all the texts should be in 3.25” x 1.75” which is the safe area.

- Realtor Logo must be present on front of card (variation of formats provided - keep in mind some corporate logo designs provided already contain realtor logo)
- Must incorporate the logo attached (can incorporate full colours OR can use white logo design)
- Working file (vector and pdf to be included)

Design:
The card must reflect luxury, sophistication and elegance but clean and high quality. No busy designs.

*Primary logo colours not absolutely necessary to incorporate into overall design of business card
**Designer selected must be open to 1-2 revisions (if necessary)
***May have additional design work for potential winner!
