I also would like icons with the three items stated above.

The possibilities are endless. I would for sure like my original logo to be incorporated in the design. You will have to work with that.

These are going to be going on rounded business cards possibly. So make designs with the standard business card shape, and one with rounded corners. Try different colors people. Add some flare to it. I see too much of the same thing on a lot of peoples entries.
