Hi, I have experience in 3D printing and I think I understand what you want, I took a model of the Iron Man Mark VI suit (the one with the triangular reactor) and designed the mechanism to move only the mask, I can make this for the entire bust adding all movement features and lighting but I'll need a few more days, and also you may wanna increase your prize since it's a lot of work. Depending on what 3D printer you have I cuold modify the design (position the parts, add custom supports etc...) Hope you like it and let me know if you are interested. P.S. This model is not made using Cinema4 since that's just not the software i work with
