Contest Brief

I am creating a range of content (guides, checklists, powerpoint webinar, process overview) and I am wanting to have some engaging illustrations, that can help the readers and viewers understand new concepts easily and also make the content more interesting and entertaining.

The content is focused on the property buying process and the home loan finance process for first home buyers.

I have a simple 10 page ebook draft that I will use as a first test (attached). Please provide some concepts (don't need to illustrate the whole document).

Thanks you for the entries to date. To clarify, I am not wanting the brochure graphic designed, we have a graphic designer already.

I am looking for a creative artists/illustrators who are able to design a character theme, possibly hand drawn or cartoon style that can bring the concepts discussed in our content to life. For example, in the brochure, one of the things discussed is it better to pay someone's mortgage off. That should be the storyboard to illustrate around - something like a picture of two characters, one with a mortgage the other deciding what do do with his/her money comes to mind as an example.

The winner may then have the opportunity for ongoing work if we think it will work well, and will be cost effective enough.
