Contest Brief

Design a toolbar for a desktop application used to build forms. The toolbar should consist of approx 24x24 icons. The toolbar is intended to be placed under a standard top menu (File, Edit, etc.). We are seeking your creativity for a fresh and modern look and feel - your choice of colors, styles, backgrounds. Our initial thinking is that the toolbar would be a single row of icons without words underneath, but we are open to suggestions. The icons themselves can be off the shelf or your own, as long as we retain full rights to use and/or modify them. Please see attached list of initial icons. The winning entry will have the option for additional work to build upon this initial set. Thank you in advance for your efforts!

Thank you for your entries. It would be helpful if you could post 24x24 pixel icons in a toolbar format (row) with your suggested colors for icons and backgound.

  We are looking for suggestions on colors from a graphic designer's point of view for a modern interface. Could be simple - monochrome icons on a white background, could be icons with a touch of color, could be light icons on a dark ground. We're keeping an open mind and looking for your ideas.
