Contest Brief

For contest, we are looking for logo options, a cover page and 3 inside pages only.

If successful we will then appoint completion of the brochure with separate budget.

We are looking for a talented designer to create a logo and brochure for our retirement village concept. The project requires someone with experience in creating vibrant and eye-catching designs.

Preferred Color Scheme:
- Vibrant colors

Illustration Style
- Like an artist sketch book, or watercolours

Primary Message or Feeling:
- The logo and brochure should convey a sense of warmth and community, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for our residents.

Design Elements or Themes:
- While we have a general direction in mind, we are open to the designer's creativity and ideas. They should have the ability to incorporate elements that represent the concept of a retirement village.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating vibrant and attractive designs.
- Understanding of how to convey warmth and community through visual elements.
- Ability to work with a general direction and bring creative ideas to life.
