We are a company oriented to provide real estate management services located in Venezuela.

It is a condominium administrator, which specializes in the direction, management and maintenance of infrastructure, services and the general operation of properties.

We require various logo proposals that include an isotype or they can also be with a typographic style, with the name of the organization (Condominio Torre BNC), which must be modern, innovative, minimalist, sophisticated and sober, with only the combination of colors, both solid or gradient, of: Gray (Pantone Cool Gray 10) Blue (Pantone 281C) (Mandatory), for use in stationery, office facade, posters and digital.

We have a professional work group, focused on providing excellent service, for the proper functioning and preservation of the facilities, equipment and structure of the buildings, for the use of their owners.

In Venezuela, the existence of this type of companies offers the tranquility and security to the owners of the real estate of the optimal administration of the resources, for the maintenance of their properties; Therefore, the logo design must stand out, be modern and unique to promote the ethics and good service of the organization.
