Contest Brief

I would like a logo for a centre known as the London Ankle & Arthritis Centre
I want an iconic logo not just text so the text can be done but is not what i am worried about its the icon
Most people have a picture of an ankle or a foot (for similar clinics so I dont want the same as every other group has) and I need a few more novel ideas to make it look a bit innovative and specialised
My favorite brands are apple and nike to give you an idea of what I am thinking
