Looking for one Ad design

Contest Brief

Hi,

I am looking to create an ad for cannabidiol( CBD).

Brief:
Two pixel sizes: 800x600 and 300x400. (if you need to slightly alter the design though to fit each of the two sizes, its fine)
The max file size for each sizes: 200kB.

The text in the Ad:
CBD Breakthrough Leave Doctors Speechless
See What Just A Few Drops A Day Will Do [Read More]

The ad needs to consist of an image (attached some ideas for inspiration- example 1.jpg example 2.jpg example 3.jpg) + a border (attached example 4.gif as an example of the type border we'd like) + Call to action (we'd like some sort of animation arrow similar to example 4.gif pointing to [Read More]

These are merely examples to give you an idea, you can be creative with your own concepts!

You need to provide me GIF because there is a call to action animation in "read more". I would need multiple revisions, sizes, versions, formats and source files as deliverable during handover.
