I am seeking a skilled graphic designer to update my real estate brokerage's logo. The new logo should feature a fresh, modern design but maintain a professional and sophisticated tone. The color scheme should incorporate royal purple (Pantone Color of 260C), black, and white. The brokerage's name must be included: Sterling Real Estate Group

Key requirements:
- Incorporate a modern, clean house symbol into the design
- Utilize a royal purple, black, and white color scheme
-Incorporate a mountain range with a home
- Maintain a professional, sophisticated tone

Ideal candidate:
- Graphic Designers with experience in modern and clean design styles
- Prior experience in creating logos for real estate businesses is favored but not required.
- Must understand how to incorporate specific symbols subtly and effectively into logo designs.
