Contest Brief

As an artist, I am currently seeking a creative designer to bring my vision of a "CASH TAPE" album artwork to life.

- Design style: My preference leans towards gangster Jamaican music talking about survival, betrayal, repentance and success.

- Message/emotion: The design should emanate a mysterious aura. It should provoke curiosity and interest in the audience, drawing them into the music and the gangster lifestyle.

- Color Palette: I am particularly interested in a dark and moody color palette. Take a look at the attached ideas I was able to put together. I also attached the logos.

Ideally, the freelancer will have a strong background in album art design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of styles from minimalist to abstract. Proficiency in digital tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must, and experience in creating designs that convey complex emotions is a distinct advantage. A good understanding of how to use color to evoke mood and emotion is also highly desirable.
