I have 24 video clips that I need edited and compiled into a highlight video.

I have 1 image of the player at well.
I would like that image turned into a video intro with the player name, graduating year, and email address

I need a spotlight or Circle to "highlight" the player before the clip begins. Similar to the "sample player spotlight" that is attached to the brief.
