Contest Brief

I am looking to design a Learning Journal.
The page will look like a timeline or a "facebook notifications" type area but I am open to other ideas here.
The page will show all the learning activities a user has taken and also have the ability for a user to record new learning activities.

Example, I took a new course on LinkedinLearning to learning about HTML5 programming, i want to go into my learning journal and record it. Typical information to show
- Title, Date, Location/Website, Details,

The screens i need design for are:
1. The page that shows my learning journal. The page should also have some dashboard type elements at the top e.g. number of learning activities recorded this year etc. The page will also have a button to add new learning activity
2. Add new Learning Activity Page. Fields
- Title, Date, Location/Website, Details, Personal Notes. Personal Notes will not be visible on the feed but user can see them if they click on the activity in the feed.
3. Activity Details - When a user clicks on the learning activities in the feed, they should come to details screen.

Please use modern design. All code should be responsive. The above is the current idea to the site i want to create but i'm open to suggestion on design. Also, the section will be added to another website into a column in an iframe so please ensure its truly responsive and mobile friendly.

      Regular fonts like Arial Size 14px, Title can be 18px. No choice of colours as we will use this on multiple sites and will change the colours where needed
